A quick update of some experiments done with
some new (old) photopaper I got the other day.
The weight applied when pushing my hand and foot
down on the paper has actually left a very fine indent
of the lines of my hand/foot on the paper...
They have faded a bit since taking these scans, but I
think I could use it to map the lines of something on a
larger scale..
Also I need to post some photos of my first clear resin test.
It's turned out better than I thought, and is definately a medium
that I think I could explore much further..

Well.....I have been back for a few days now,
but Brighton is still fresh in my memory.
It has been quite a month and half.
Living in a hotel, having a huge studio space, exploring
Brighton, meeting brilliant people and having my first solo show.

Over the next week or so I plan to get a proper website
up and running, I'll still be using this, but more as
place for writing thoughts and posting "in progress" stuff etc.
Anyway, below (and spread over a few posts) are
some photos of the opening night and of the work
on display...
